Velvet Fine Art - Archival Printing, Cotton Prints
Ultra Smooth Fine Art - Archival Printing, Cotton Prints
This cotton paper is for Professional Fine Art Printing and is very smooth and gives a nice depth
perception appearance.

These
Archival Printing papers are thicker than pulp wood paper and made of 100% cotton rag. This
fine art paper will not turn yellow and start to deteriorate due to lignin breakdown in wood products such
as paper made from trees. It is highly resistant to harmful elements such as acids. The
Cotton Prints
have an astonishing matte finish that will last for years. A perfect choice for professional
conservation
framing and matted albums. Although these fine art archival Cotton Prints are extremely durable against
harmful elements they should be handled carefully and are best assembled in a matted professional
album or matted and conservation framed. This photo paper is made for those who are serous about
passing there photography on for generations.

and paper, and why cotton paper is so highly
recommended for professional printing, please visit the

Digital Information about Professional Fine Art Printing, Cotton Prints and  Archival Printing
Our photographs are taken in the NEF (Nikon) RAW format, Adobe 1998 colorspace. We use Lightroom and Photoshop for editing.
Printing is done from an edited 300 dpi TIFF file. Photographs are also archived in TIFF format. JPEG  files are also available.
Digital Information about Professional  Fine Art Printing, Cotton Prints and  Archival Printing
We use an Epson 2200 with Ultra Chrome Inks printing from a developed TIFF file, Abobe 1998 colorspace. There are lots of other details that go into the printing,
that relate to the whole process such as proper monitor calibration, type of paper, gamut ect. Monitor calibration is one of the more important aspects. Most people
get a computer and never calibrate their monitor. Most are on the bright side with the color balance off. Different monitors and video cards will render somewhat
different colors. Light colors (What you see on your monitor) have to be converted to ink colors (What is actually printed). What you see on your monitor and the
actual print is almost always a bit different, the goal is to get them as close as possible. This being said, photographs on a DVD may appear to light or dark and
any printing done on other printers or from other software programs may look different.

Non Archival Photo Paper Printing
This wonderful luster paper gives your photographs a brilliant and life-like look. This type of paper has been used for years in the
professional field and is a great choice for sleeve or matt albums. The prints are very durable and can be handled.  I do not recommend
these barrier coated prints for professional framing due to issues of out gassing which can cause ghosting on the inside of the glass.
Ghosting is a slightly noticeable fog of the image on the glass due to the solvents being  released from the inks. This is only an issue with
barrier papers .

Premium Glossy -
Ultra Premium Presentation Paper is a long lasting and durable paper that gives your photographs a beautiful matte
finish. It is fade and water resistant and a great choice for framing and albums. While the paper is smudge resistant,
handling is not recommended. This type of photo paper is best for albums and framing.
Premium Glossy photo paper gives your photographs a brilliant and life-like look. This type of paper has been used for years in the
professional field and is a great choice for photo boxes and matt albums. The prints are very durable and can be handled.  I do not
recommend these barrier coated prints for professional framing due to issues of out gassing which can cause ghosting on the inside of the
glass. Ghosting is a slightly noticeable fog of the image on the glass due to the solvents being  released from the inks. This is only an issue
with barrier papers . There has also been issues with the print sometimes sticking to sleeve albums, especially dark colors like black, blue
and red. However after drying for a couple of months this issue is greatly reduced.
